Bank of East Asia names new group chief risk officer

Ivy Chan has experience with Hang Seng Bank and HSBC Taiwan.

Bank of East Asia has named Ivy Chan Shuk-pui as its new group chief risk officer, general manager and head of risk management division, with immediate effect.

She succeeds Johnny Mao Chi-dor, who will retire from the bank on 1 March 2021.

Chan has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry, and has held various key roles in leading banks in Hong Kong and Greater China, including Hang Seng Bank and HSBC Taiwan.
