2C2P, KBZPay to expand Myanmar's digital payments network

This allows KBZPay clients to make payments to 2C2P merchants.

Southeast Asian payments platform 2C2P and Myanmar-based mobile wallet KBZPay have partnered to expand the digital payments network in the country, a statement read.

Aside from secure mobile transactions to pay for goods and services, bill payments and everyday finances, this partnership will empower Myanmar’s consumers to transact using their mobile wallets, with 2C2P’s extensive range of global and international merchants any time, anywhere.

Payments made by KBZPay users to 2C2P merchants are verified using 2C2P's back-end systems, which ensure a seamless payment experience for both customer and merchant. 2C2P will serve as payment facilitator on such transactions, enabling KBZPay customers to make payments to 2C2P merchants even though they are not onboarded to the KBZPay network.
